2. Handmade and Made-to-Order Products

All of our products are handcrafted and made to order, using high-quality leathers carefully selected one by one. Due to the artisanal nature of our work:

  • Slight variations between products of the same model may occur (color, texture, details), which adds to their unique value.

  • The estimated production and delivery time is approximately 3 weeks from order confirmation.

3. Customization

We offer customization options on some of our products. Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing their chosen options before confirming the purchase.

Customized products are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars ($) by default but you can select other currencies in the purchasing process. Also all prices include applicable taxes. Full payment is required at the time of purchase, using the payment methods available on our online store.

We reserve the right to change our prices at any time without prior notice. However, such changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

5. Shipping

We ship to a variety of national and international destinations. Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to circumstances beyond Mustaine’s control (holidays, shipping delays, customs, etc.).

Once your product has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

6. Returns and Exchanges

Because our products are made to order and often personalized, we do not accept returns or exchanges, except in the following cases:

  • The product arrives with a clear manufacturing defect.

  • The product received does not match the order placed.

In such cases, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, including photos and a clear description of the issue.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, text, logos, product designs and photographs, is the property of Mustaine and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Reproduction, in whole or in part, without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

8. Liability

Mustaine shall not be held liable for:

  • Improper use of the product by the customer.

  • Damage resulting from misuse or external conditions (e.g., water, fire, chemicals).

  • Delays caused by third parties (e.g., shipping companies, customs).
